Seema Sharma
Pre-Licensed Professional, MA
My name, Seema, means “boundaries” in Sanskrit—a value that guides my life and work. As a second-generation immigrant and a mother, I’ve navigated multiple cultural worlds and generational shifts. I bring this lived experience and my clinical training to supporting clients with relationship issues, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and grief. I use an evidence-based, humanistic approach, including CBT. With experience in trauma, psychometry, and domestic violence advocacy, I help clients discover boundaries that support meaningful change.
