Haley Abee, MS, Masters Clinical Mental Health
Pre-Licensed Counselor
I see young-adult and adult clients ages 16+.
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lipscomb University, and I am currently working towards my Licensed Professional Counseling (LPC-MHSP) credentials. I specialize in working with symptoms related to trauma, anxiety/panic disorder, depression, life transitions and more.
I do not believe in a one-size-fits all approach to counseling and I tailor therapy treatment to meet each of my client’s individual needs. Together, we identify therapy goals and work towards sustainable healing and change. My approach to counseling is integrative, which includes psychodynamic, CBT, and gestalt theories. All therapy treatment includes a focus on increasing awareness, discovering coping skills to reduce unwanted symptoms.
In my free time I enjoy being outside in nature, traveling to the mountains and spending time with my dog, family and friends.
