I currently run my private practice Meg Bearman Counseling + Art Therapy just off of Music Row in Nashville, Tennessee. I received my Masters in Art Therapy in 2015 from George Washington University. My clinical background includes a focus on complex trauma treatment and using art making as a tool for trauma processing. My therapeutic work experience includes adult inpatient psychiatric, community based family counseling, adolescent grief non-profit, and adult residential substance abuse.
In my free time I enjoy visiting museums and seeing art from different parts of the world, working on the pottery wheel, traveling, cooking, and spending time with my family and friends.
