Meg Bearman, MA, LPC/MHSP, ATR-P

Licensed Therapist, Art Therapist, Clinical Director + Founder

I see adult clients ages 18+.

My clinical background includes a focus on complex trauma treatment and using art making as a tool for trauma processing. As an artist myself, I have a penchant for working with client’s in the music, arts, and creative world. I work with adults and couples with a treatment focus on trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship issues. My therapy approach is strengths based and integrative, which supports improving self-awareness, self-esteem, communication, relationships, and coping with life transitions.

I received my Masters in Art Therapy in 2015 from George Washington University. My therapeutic work experience includes adult inpatient psychiatric, community based family counseling, adolescent grief non-profit, and adult residential substance abuse.

In my free time, I enjoy visiting museums and seeing art from different parts of the world, working on the pottery wheel, traveling, cooking, and spending time with my family and friends.

Haley Abee, MS, Masters Clinical Mental Health

Pre-Licensed Counselor

I see young-adult and adult clients ages 16+.

I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lipscomb University, and I am currently working towards my Licensed Professional Counseling (LPC-MHSP) credentials. I specialize in working with symptoms related to trauma, anxiety/panic disorder, depression, life transitions and more.

I do not believe in a one-size-fits all approach to counseling and I tailor therapy treatment to meet each of my client’s individual needs. Together, we identify therapy goals and work towards sustainable healing and change. My approach to counseling is integrative, which includes psychodynamic, CBT, and gestalt theories. All therapy treatment includes a focus on increasing awareness, discovering coping skills to reduce unwanted symptoms.

In my free time I enjoy being outside in nature, traveling to the mountains and spending time with my dog, family and friends.
