Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex, has been very open about how therapy and family support helped him properly grieve the loss of his mother, beloved Princess Diana.

In a candid interview with Bryony Gordon, Prince Harry admits that he buried the pain of loosing his mother for years before he finally sought help. The Prince is now a huge advocate for mental health treatment in the UK, fighting against stigma and making mental health services available and more accessible for Europeans in the military, in the workplace, and at schools.
