Free Therapy Consultation: We offer a free in-office or phone consultation, which is an opportunity learn more about our practice and lightly explore therapy goals. If it feels like a good fit on both ends, we schedule an intake session, and this is when payment begins. Most clients are seen once a week for a 50-minute therapy session.
Payment: We are an out of network provider and we do not accept insurance. We do offer a number of therapy spots based on a sliding scale, so please inquire when you reach out! We can provide a Superbill for potential reimbursement from a provider and we can draw session funds from an HSA or FSA account. We accept all major credit cards, cash, or check.
Therapy Rates: We are incredibly mindful that therapy is both a time and financial commitment for our clients. We provide a very high level of care for our clients and our professional therapy rates reflect the dedication to the therapy process and experience in the therapy field.
Licensed Counselor:
- Individuals: $175.00 – $195.00 per 50-minute session
- Couples: $250.00 – $275.00, 80-minute session
Pre-Licensed Clinician:
- Individuals:$125.00-$150.00 per 50-minute session
- Couples: $175.00 – $210.00, 80-minute session
